Knolton first starts by hand porting the first port for best possible flow, they then put that port information into their CNC machine and replicates that best port in the rest of the runners. What you get is perfect, equally balanced port flow. This inherently makes HP in itself. For the economy heads, the stock valves/springs/retainers are inspected and replaced or reused in order to create an affordable high performance head. Dont let the stock valves/springs/retainers kid you, all parts are inspected to be within factory tolerances. These heads are no joke and will make outstanding HP gains.These heads flow so well, a custom tune is mandatory to even run right. The factory PCM can not keep up with added air flow.

The BOOSTED / NITROUS Heads use:
We offer the option for Boosted or Nitrous applications. These heads have all the same great stuff as the RACE PREPPED HEADS however come with a few additions specifically geared to the those who want to make the most out of their boosted 4.7L engines. The additions are, new valve seats and Inconell exhaust valves to help deal with the extreme heat caused from boost and we increase the exhaust valve size to 1.535. These heads are come ready for boost!

CORE PROGRAM:
If a core charge is applicable to you please make sure you select it, we will NOT ship heads without either the core charge up front. If the customer ships his/her own heads then no core charge is required. Customer is responsible for SHIPPING both ways if they chose to send their own heads for porting.
Cores MUST BE RETURNED within 3 months (90 days)of receipt of your ported heads. If we do not receive the core returns or do not hear from you within 90 days, we WILL use your core payment to replace the heads we sent to you. Effectively you lose your core deposit if this happens. Please keep us posted and make every effort to return cores in a timely manner.
