Gibson Performance, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials in workmanship. Aluminized steel products are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase, while stainless steel products carry a lifetime warranty against rust-through and corrosion. Gibson will repair or replace any defective part. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only and does not cover any damage or defects resulting from collision or accident, improper installation, blow-out by “backfire,” off-road use, racing, road hazards, incorrect timing or tuning, external heat wraps, non-factory supercharger, turbocharger or nitrous oxide systems, internal rust, rust-through, or corrosion (except stainless steel products). Any damage to the cosmetic appearance of chrome plating or paint, other than defects in material and workmanship, is not covered under this warranty.
